II. COEFFICIENT OF DESIGN PRICE
According to the scale of the project:
- Works with a total floor area of 350 m2 or more shall multiply the unit price by 0.8 coefficient
- The project has a total floor area of 250 m2 to 350 m2 multiplied by a factor of 1.0
- The project has a total floor area of 150 m2 to 250 m2 multiplied by a factor of 1.2
- The project has a total floor area of 50 m2 to 150 m2 multiplied by a factor of 1.5
- The project has a total floor area of less than 50 m2 multiplied by a factor of 2.0
According to the characteristics of the project:
- For buildings with more than one facade designed, add to the design unit price of 10,000 VND / m2 for each additional facade.
- For renovation and repair works, in the dossiers which require more stages of measuring and presenting the situation, the unit prices shall be multiplied by the coefficient of 1.2 to 1.5, depending on the complexity of the status quo.
III. COMPONENTS OF DESIGN DOCUMENTS INCLUDED
- Architectural design file
- 3D drawings of facades
- Profile of structural design
- Profile of electrical system design
- Profile design drainage system
- Detailed deployment drawings (masonry, doors, tiled, ladder details, hygienic details, plaster ceiling, electrical equipment positioning, …)
- 3D interior drawing (space larger than 12m2)
- Interior decoration drawing.
IV. OTHER NOTES
- Contract to design 2D technical drawings and 3D drawings of the front with a minimum value of 25,000,000 VND.
- Technical design documents for construction, interior decoration do not include detailed designs of cabinets, beds, tables and chairs and other items.
- The above price does not include geological survey, detailed drawings of garden, small landscape, documenting for construction permission or preparation of project documents for approval …
- The above price does not include VAT.
CASES OF PROMOTING CONTRACT VALUE
In the case of changing the design plan with the reason from the customer, the design cost is considered additional.
